Features Overview:
Auto-Inhibit Screen
Saver:
One of TW Pro's most beneficial functions is its ability to automatically inhibit your screen saver while user-defined
mission critical programs or disk utilities are running. This function offers a great safeguard against unwanted and possibly destructive screen saver interruptions.
Configure Screen Saver:
This function is used for modifying the setting of the currently selected screen saver.
Enable/Disable Screen
Saver:
In "Enabled" mode the selected, last selected or default screen saver is active and under the control of the Windows activity monitor. While in "Disabled" mode the screen saver is not active and the Windows activity monitor cannot start a screen saver.
Select Screen Saver:
A menu shortcut used for choosing the active screen saver.
Start Screen Saver:
This function will run the selected or default screen saver immediately with password protection if enabled.
Suspend 1 to 12 hours:
This function will prevent the screen saver from starting for a pre-determined amount of time.
While in "Suspended" mode the screen saver is not active and the Windows activity monitor cannot start a screen saver. After the timer has elapsed the screen saver control is returned to the windows activity monitor.
Clear History Function:
Removes old history files with a single click.
Command Prompt Browser:
Opens a directory browser allowing you to select the drive and path for opening a command prompt.
Extremely handy when working with network drives.
Quick Explorer:
A system tray Icon used for accessing your Windows Explorer quickly. A left mouse click on the icon opens Windows Explorer while a right click allows you to select a folder or drive to explore.
Context Menus:
TW pro's menus may be fully customized including the addition of personal shortcuts. |
